Liquid Detergent – Grease Removal Optimization

In Progress

This research evaluates grease removal performance of a liquid detergent formula under a controlled 40°C wash cycle. The goal is to maximize oily stain breakdown while maintaining fabric safety and stable foaming.

Method: Cotton swatches were stained with cooking oil and washed using a standardized agitation profile and fixed dosage. Cleaning was scored visually and by residue comparison against a baseline formula.

Conclusion: Strong grease removal with minor foam fade after extended agitation. Further optimization will focus on foam stability.
